All the Elleci mixers are mounted, controlled, manually packaged in Italy and they are guaranteed 5 years.
PAINTING
All the mixers are subjected to painting treatments, carried out using epoxidic and atoxic powders giving the products an excellent endurance against scratches, humidity, aggressive environmental conditions and UV rays.
CHROME PLATING
A 10 micron nickel layer and 0.3 micron chrome are deposited. This makes our mixers superior, indeed the chrome plating results to be more brilliant and durable. A greater thickness of our chrome plating avoids the transparence effect and the view
of underplaced brass layer. The quality of the coating surfaces is very important to guarantee the working life of the product: in order to obtain a perfect result all galvanic processes are completely carried out inside the factory, using modern technologies being continuously up dated. Depuration plant is connected to the manufacturing machinery and uses “zero waste” methods, reducing the environmental impact.
BRASS
The brass metals used for casting, moulding and mechanical operations contain a very low percentage (<2%) of lead in compliance with the current International Rules applied to drinking water.
PACKAGING AND QUALITY CONTROL
Before being packaged each mixer is manually cleaned, this allows at the same time a quality vision of chrome plating or painting and item general aspect. Each mixer is manually placed in a specific three folded carton box very resistant and internally covered by shaped sponges aimed to better protect the product until its installation.
FLEXIBLE HOSES
Flexible hoses used into the full range of mixers are in conformity with National and International rules referred to the materials in contact with drinking water, such as DVGW KTW A Class in Germany, the Dutsch KIWA, the English WRAS, the Swiss SVGW, the French ACS, the NSF in the United States and the Australian Sai Global product certification.
CERAMIC CARTRIDGES
All the mixers are equipped by ceramic cartridges which are guaranteed for 70.000 opening and closing, equal to 10 years
use by a 4 people family. Ceramic cartridges used by Elleci meet the requirements of the most important International standards such as EN, NF, ASME, ASSE, CSTB, AS/NZS 3718 and the parts in contact with water are approved by DVGW, WRC, NSF, KIWA, ACS. Cartridges are equipped with a double control device for flow and temperature, enabling the consumer to adjust flow and temperature parameters according to his needs in order to save energy and resources.
PRACTICAL SUGGESTIONS
Do not use aggressive detergents for cleaning stainless steel sinks. Do use neutral and mild soaps as our Elleci Beauty SPA products, or diluted vinegar. Provide to do a periodical cleaning of the aerator immerging it in a glass with vinegar.
