Environment and Quality

The concept of quality for a company represents a demanding and serious matter and it is the interpolation fruit of all the company processes, starting from every single department until the product delivery.

Designing, materials and supplier choice able to guarantee a suitable service, a high qualitative standard of components, management and optimization of manufacturing processes, logistics, post-sale assistance, customer satisfaction, continued improvement research. These are the main features that determine the company "quality system".

In order to make clearer this concept a precise international system has been established, named "Quality Certification UNI EN ISO 9001".
An international manual which determines the best procedures that a Company has to adopt in order to guarantee a high qualitative standard. On behalf of specialized agencies, the inspectors constantly check the procedures application forecast from the normative, and, only after the control that the system is conformed to the required stardards, it will be certified.

In 1999 Elleci obtained the Quality Certification with registration nr.1543-A.

For Elleci "Guaranteing" means to protect the environment and therefore to set up an elaborate system of environmental management according with the international law ISO 14001, commiting ourself to improve continually itsenvironmental performance protection, not only for the present but also for the future generation.

For the America market the Company has obtained the I.T.S. Certification, Intertek Testing Service.
