Safety valve
Gas Protekt: it stops the gas supply in accidental case of switching off.
One hand ignition
It is sufficient to press and, at the same time, rotate the knob until both gas supply and sparks, necessary to ignite the burner, are activated.
Burners
Triple Crown (nr. 3 powerful fire circles) is able to develop and evenly distribute heat, reducing the cooking time. A better allocation under the pan exploits to the utmost power and allows an even and quick cooking.
Cast iron pan supports

Crystal cooking top
The new Crystal cooking top is made up of high resistance tempered glass in Avena finish, perfectly matching our Sinks. The new “SLOPING” pan support has an unique design: featured from an sloping effect but from a total flat support.
