WHAT DOES THE ERROR CODE ‘ER’ MEAN?
When the Plano Plus, Quadro and Leaf ovens are locked, the error code ‘ER’ with a number next to it (e.g. ‘ER0’) appears on the display. In such a case you should refer to the list below with reference to the model oven you own: For the Plano plus, Quadro and Leaf ovens, the error codes shown on the display are as follows: ER10 -> This is displayed when the voltage drops below 170 V (±10). If the voltage increases above 180 V the error code disappears. Please check the mains voltage, which should be higher than 180 V. ER11 -> This is displayed when the motherboard temperature is above 105°C. Check that the fan cooling system is working. If the error persists, please contact support directly by clicking the following link: https://www.elleci.com/it/come-possiamo-aiutarti/richiedi-assistenza/apri-una-pratica-di-richiesta-assistenza/. 1. Switch off the power supply by removing the plug and turning off the oven switch to ensure you are operating in a completely safe environment.
2. Then open the oven and start pulling the gasket to be replaced off the frame.
3. Carefully apply the new gasket using the reverse procedure.

WHAT DO I DO IF THE CIRCUIT BREAKER TRIPS WHEN I SWITCH ON THE OVEN?
If switching on the oven triggers the circuit breaker, check whether: 1. the appliance is correctly connected to the power socket; 2. the domestic electrical installation is compliant; Once external causes have been ruled out, if the problem persists, you should open a support file by clicking directly on the following link: https://www.elleci.com/it/come-possiamo-aiutarti/richiedi-assistenza/apri-una-pratica-di-richiesta-assistenza/.
WHAT DO I DO IF THE OVEN SHUTS DOWN AND THEN RESTARTS OR SWITCHES ITSELF OFF?
If the oven inadvertently switches itself off, you will need to check that the installation and electrical connections have been completed correctly.
