Industrial growth creates value when it goes hand in hand with efficiency. In 2025, 30% of the electricity used by the Company was self-generated through photovoltaic systems. This milestone was achieved as our second production facility reached full operational capacity, increasing both our production capacity and energy demand. It also marks the first step in a broader roadmap.
By 2030, we aim to halve our CO₂ equivalent emissions, water consumption and production waste, while increasing to 50% both the share of energy generated from renewable sources and the use of renewable and recycled raw materials in our products.
In 2025, we dedicated more than 20,000 hours to training, focusing on skills closely aligned with the Company’s transformation, including new technologies, digitalisation, quality, logistics, health and safety, and the implementation of our new ERP system. An increasingly inclusive and people-centred organisational culture has reinforced our commitment to talent development, work-life balance, employee welfare and putting health first, supported by continuous investments in machine safety, workstation ergonomics, indoor air quality and workplace cardioprotection.
