When the Plano Plus, Quadro and Leaf ovens are locked, the error code ‘ER’ with a number next to it (e.g. ‘ER0’) appears on the display. In such a case you should refer to the list below with reference to the model oven you own: For the Plano plus, Quadro and Leaf ovens, the error codes shown on the display are as follows: ER10 -> This is displayed when the voltage drops below 170 V (±10). If the voltage increases above 180 V the error code disappears. Please check the mains voltage, which should be higher than 180 V. ER11 -> This is displayed when the motherboard temperature is above 105°C. Check that the fan cooling system is working. ER3 -> This is displayed when the ‘door lock’ function does not function either electrically or mechanically. Replacing the oven gasket is a very simple operation that can be carried out by do-it-yourself enthusiasts, but it is always advisable to contact qualified technical personnel. The steps for replacement are as follows:
1. Switch off the power supply by removing the plug and turning off the oven switch to ensure you are operating in a completely safe environment.
2. Then open the oven and start pulling the gasket to be replaced off the frame.
3. Carefully apply the new gasket using the reverse procedure.

To remove the ‘DEMO’ and ‘SHOP’ error messages on the appliance’s display, you must follow the procedure for the specific oven model you have.
